We’re more than happy to design your perfect ring around the stone you already have. All we need to get started are the exact measurements of your center stone. Once the ring is complete, we can ship it to you so your jeweler can set the stone, or you can choose to have our master jeweler set it for you.

If you’d like us to set your stone, we’ll first perform a thorough inspection to ensure it can be safely set without risk of damage. If the stone is too soft or has inclusions or damage that could compromise its integrity during setting, we won’t be able to set it. Your stone’s safety and the quality of the finished piece are always our top priority.

Yes! Since all of our rings are made to order we are happy to make our rings with lab grown or natural diamonds based upon your desire.

Since our rings are made around the center stone that you choose, the majority of our rings can be made for any center stone. However in few cases where the design will not be structurally sound for a specific shape we will be unable to offer it for that shape.

Absolutely! All of our pieces are made to order so we are happy to make changes to the design to make it yours. In order to do so you will need to work directly with one of our representatives.

Yes. We’re happy to use an existing center stone to create your Scintillating Diamond ring. To begin, you’ll need to schedule a pick up or ship your stone to us so our Master Jeweler can carefully inspect it and ensure it’s safe to set.

If the jeweler determines that the stone is damaged or that its hardness on the Mohs Scale is too low to be set safely, we unfortunately won’t be able to use it. If this happens after your purchase, we’ll gladly offer a full refund or assist you in selecting a new center stone to complete your ring.

Since our custom jewelry quotes are based on current metal market values, we honor all custom quotes for 7 days. If metal prices increase during that time, your quoted price will remain the same. If prices decrease, we’ll adjust your total accordingly at the time of purchase.

To give you plenty of time to make the best decision for you, we’ll honor the pricing on this invoice through the end of the 7th day from when the quote is issued.
